(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a crystal clear body with a thin hue of yellow and a rapid carbonation of tiny bubbles. The head is a thin soapy white mat that is broken in many places but seems to last for about half of the beer.
S- The pale malt and honey malt notes are dry but have a nice freshness with a faint bitter hop finish. The smell is simple but fresh and strong.
T- The dry sulfuric bite that comes with the pale malt is followed by a dry honey malt note and a crisp light hop finish.
M- This beer has a dry crisp mouthfeel that finishes very quickly and cleanly.
D- This beer has nice fresh tasting ingredients that has a good complexity for such a light beer. This is a really well crafted beer and is proof that a light beer can have good flavor.

Hacker-Pschorr always delivers, hands down! Another masterpiece for our enjoyment and happiness.
bright golden liquid with a beautiful foam on top.
Well balanced and blended malt and hops with grianyness that is just right.
Something I'd like to have all the time.

Hacker-Pschorr Bräu GmbH "Edelhell"
1L/9,80€ aus dem holzfass @ Donisl, München, DE on 19.09.17
,5L/4,90€ vom fass aus Bayerischer antisch @ Der Pschorr, München, DE on 20.09.17
Notes: Crystal clear golden body beneath a full head of bright white foam that displays excellent head retention and lacing. Grainy and lightly sweetish malt greets you in the nose with some floral hops. The flavor follows and it's lightly sweetish and grainy with some mildly herbal, softly grassy, and subtly spicy hops. A median bitterness balances it perfectly and it finishes with a mild, medium lingering version of itself. Medium bodied and smooth, it's also very well balanced and highly drinkable. One of the best Münchner helles I've ever tasted as it was so bright and fresh with the hops accentuating the malt and bringing it to life.

On draught at Der Pschorr in Munich. Not my favorite beer style. An OK beer. Very drinkable.
