Just because it is organic does not mean that I will compromise on the expected style. For me, the only two things which could be improved is the water carbonates and therefore the mouthfeel.
Overall, I enjoyed this beer and feel that it has a ton of potential.

I like this one and compare it to Anchor Cali lager. Nice hops but not too much. Clean and crisp. I did have a bad batch once though.

A light yellow beer, giant white head, geez this thing came effervescent! Smell was grainy lemon.
Taste lacked descriptors. Some grassiness to it, the mouthfeel was besieged by high carbonation. Seemed to be hopped in the old world vein. Kinda bitter though for a pilsner. Decent, no off flavors.

Since being purchased and produced by Mendocino Brewing, this pils is very inconsistent. More often than not, it is contaminated with bottle gushers. When not contaminated, it is a very decent pilsner, but if you want a better version from the original brewmaster, try Feather Falls Casino's Soaring Eagle.
