Deep golden, slightly hazy ale, nice off white bubbly head. The aroma is mostly of malts, sweet and almost honeyish, slight hop aromas. In taste its mostly malt driven, semi-sweet, fruitiness, bitter near the end, hoppy after taste..quite peppery in character. After a while though the bitterness gets to be annoying. Quite a thin mouthfeel to this one, well carbonated. This is just on the right side of average, barelly, did not really enjoy.

Pours cloudy amber with hints of gold. Head is barely a finger high, more whitish than tan, and more light and lacy than it is creamy.
The mix of malted barley and whole-cone hops makes for a lighter than usual bite both in aroma and flavor - but its lightly and pleasantly hopped nonetheless.
Nose is almost woodsy at first, and gives way to a light, almost perfumy smell.
Smooth on the palate at first, then gives way to a little burn at the back of the throat. All in all refreshing, maybe a good intro for an ale neophyte, but hopheads will crave something more robust.

Presentation: 22 ounce Bomber. Another Organic brew from Arseholevalley, oh Im sorry Butte Creek. Orange bordered label with a greenery laden middle which has the words Spring Ale in yellow text with the word Organic above in purple. No strength, description, or Best Before date.
Appearance: Amber copper body, perfectly clear with an off-white head that seems lazy, wanting to sleep early on and just bed down for the night, it snoozes to a thin covering with a healthy looking ring around the edges. Below average conditioning with a relaxed look.
Nose: Biscuit malt with a soft fused hop character which has a light caramel tone to it. Back end is bitter with some sweaty malts to it.
Taste: Generically amber ale in fortitude, with some caramel and toffee in the front end. Back end is bitter with a classic English Pale Ale aspect which finishes with a soft toffee bitterness. Overall it is rather boring I have to say, does what it does but it desperately needs some personality injection from somewhere. A nerdy beer in so many ways.
Mouthfeel: Average sort of Yorkshire Bitter from a Can feel, creamy and over-carbonated yet ultimately flat and devoid of life, sounds juxtaposed but that it how it is. Not much there after the gas leaves. A tad thin in presentation and finish.
Drinkability: The last part of the Bomber went well with a HP Brown Sauce laden Chip Buttie I have to say!
Overall: Like that boring guy that stands at the Bus Stop every day and never says a word. Nothing fancy, or even irregular, but very predictable.
