Pale yellow body with active carbonation. Head is thin but retains. Smell is citrus and floral with a dose of grain cracker. Taste is on point as all the aforementioned aromas blend into a delicious light beer that finishes with a firm dose of real rice flavor. Thirst quenching and crushable. This will be more go to with Sushi as long as I can find it.

Side Of Rice and Raul is feeling it. It’s just clean and good. This is not Walmart Rice that was probably harvested with slave labor; it’s organic and grown with beautiful sunshine. It’s not there to remind you of your first acid trip, it’s just there to give you a pat on the rump and say, “Go get ‘em, Tiger.”

A clear light yellow with a dense white head with excellent retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is a really subtle blend of lightly floral hops, faintly lemony with a delicate cracker malt grain note on which the class notes of puffed rice , delicately floral and fruity , are present. Clean, crisp, austere on the palate with a brisk, mildly acidic carbonation carrying the floral rice notes and complementing the cracker notes. Drying, crisp, clean on the finish, this beer is light in body and crisply carbonated. Fantastic.

Sweet and light honey malts, faint hint of rice crisps, and light citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a light malty, hint of steamed rice, and subdued lemony citrus hoppy finish. This is so refreshing to drink...just a great quality, well made rice lager! Great!

I had this on tap at Moonlight’s brewery.
This pours a crystal clear gold yellow. Bright white foam.
It’s crisp, clear, and incredibly quaffable. I liked it. Easy drinker.
