Three strong fingers on a typical german pour. Brilliantly white, creamy - Recedes, leaving a pocked lunar landscape.

color is very, very light - a luminous gold. Beading low.

Very crisp nose, above average hoppynas for a typical german pils, i think. Hoppy mouth also.

Good and dry with a great hop presence.

good mouthfeel and great drinkability.

for the style, this bier is A-1

This arrived as a very pale gold color with a nice small head that lasted well and left some minor lacing.

The small is nice, being both crisp and soft with just a tiny hint of hops. The taste follows those lines, bringing a notable amount of hops on top of light malts, but not so much as to damage the character of the style. The mouthfeel is light and appealing, and the drinkability is great.

Had a bottle in an outdoor cafe in Bad Bentheim
Pours a nice light golden color with a light white head that drops rather quickly with a nice lacing on the glass
Aroma was very faint with a bit of hops and faint grain
It was a bit bitter (ok for a pilsner) with almost no mouth and a slightly bitter aftertaste
Was OK for a thirst quencher on a hot day

Has a bright, golden color with a froth, white head.

Smells of a gentle interplay between grains, hay and herbal hops. This foundation gets joined by a sweet caramel peak, producing a nose, which still relies heavily on the hops.

Has a light, refreshing body, to to a well working balance with a lively, metallic carbonation.

Tastes way maltier and heavier on the grains than the nose indicated. Establishes a rustic malt foundation with a soothing aqueous quality, which evolves a late, herbal hop hint. Finishes clean and light, reminding of its opening with an additional mineralic note.

Smells nicer than it tastes, since it tastes more like an industrial brewed beer, while it advertises to be a local heron. I don't appreciate this very much, since, regarding the rather boring taste of this, that is solely a marketing strategy. Malts and water, not much else going on apart from that.
