Notes / Commercial Description:
This Double IPA packs a big punch, and no, we’re not going to apologize for it.

No Apologies is our Double IPA. To ensure every batch is as good as the last, we selectively brew it in small batches from the finest European malts and five varieties of American hops. Its Earthy, dry hop aroma finishes with a caramel sweetness. If you don’t like it, that’s your problem - we're not gonna apologize.

A: crystal clear; bronze colored; 1 finger moussy, ivory head that receded to a thin collar; very nice lacing;

S: earthy and floral;

T: ripe orange for a moment, then floral all the way; relatively sweet, but a touch of bitterness at the end;

M: medium bodied; light carbonation; hides the ABV well;

O: really smooth;

A very pleasant earthy, herby, spicy hop nose over traces of biscuit and light grain.
Pours hazy amber under a 1" amber tinted white head.
Very rich, creamy caramel biscuit palate finished with a rich does of grassy hops well into the aftertaste.
Medium full body, medium carbonation. Alcohol is slightly warming but deceptive. Very well balanced and well rounded beer with no sharp edges.

At smell, I thought it was an american barleywine. Mouthfeel is caramel, sugar cane and a hint of hop. Very resinous. Very intense for a DIPA
