Nice head with very good lace. This beer is dark copper in color and is clear.
Warm nut aromas from this one--hazelnut. I note a touch of grassiness, too.
Caramel malt is the predominant flavor. There's a touch of coffee, too. Hop is light but does provide a proper balance.
This is a nice ale; the best beer of my flight at Heartland.

Had this at Guy's American kitchen and bar in New York City, at the restaurant it is labeled and promoted as guys own brew called Morgan's Red Ale. After much research I found that he paired with a local brewery to produce. Anyhow, this is a very smooth sweet beer. This is something I hope to find locally.
