From the outside this just looks like a big brick factory building with Iron Hill on the top. Once you walk-in on your right is all the brewery fill with all sort of brewing goodies. On the bottom floor there is a bar area and a separate diner area as well. Upstairs is another bar area with a backroom with a few pool tables and video games. Also on the upper floor is an out door patio seating area over looking a river. The décor was modern with lots of dark woods, brick walls and metal details. I had a crab cake sandwich that was pretty good and everyone else I was there with seemed to enjoy their food as well. Server seemed to have some knowledge of the beers, but I never really asked him any details that might test him. They had about 10 different beers when I was their with their seasonals being a bourbon barrel Wee Heavy, IPA ands a Schwarzbier all of which were quite tasty. Unfortunately I missed out on their Triple and a Quad. There were some mentions of other tasty sounding beers to come on their chalkboard. Overall I have no complaints good atmosphere, service, selection and food and beer makes this one place I would definitely recommend.

This has become my favorite Iron Hill, it has a great location right on the banks of the Christina River. The IPA's are really appealing and the food is always made better at this one. Just a step up compared to the others. Been here many times. The service is great, always addressing any problems right away. I like the vibe here, its laid back especially if sit outside. The bartender we had last somehow reminded me of Councilman Jamm from the show Parks and Recreation.

Iron Hill Wilmington is corporate but oh-so-nice. I really enjoy it there. The "riverfront" ain't much (small river, silly views) but the patio is beautiful in the summer.

The wife and I sat at the bar, which I recommend. The tables seem to be too busy on peak hours and weekends, and overrun with children. Prompt, nice service at the bar, she sure knew her beers and food menus.

Seven seasonal beers on tap, including a winter warmer and a German-style weiss, plus the usual Iron Hill lineup. We tried the Scrooge DIPA (weak) and the Big Red DIPA (fantastic). Too bad they didn't have the Imperial Stout...

The food menu is gigantic, like a diner's menu but better quality and more imaginative food. I loved their small plates: eared scallop with corn relish, fried goat cheese on arugula salad. Their pizza, made with malted-barley dough, is delicious as well.

There is a bottle menu, as in other Iron Hill locations, with cool vintage bottles, but way too pricey.

While far from outstanding, this place delivers. No complaints.
