lack of aroma is only thing missing, body is light for a big beer but its fun to drink, lots of hop bite and nice lingering pine and bark finish - very good.

The beer pours a golden orange colour with a rocky off-white head and plenty of effervescence. The aroma is tropical fruit and fresh baked bread. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is tropical fruit, some grapefruit, and some bitter lemon rind notes in the finish. Taste profile kills what could have been a great session ale.

I’ve had a few of these this year but only in cans and bottles (never on draught). Tonight, I’ve had a can to start the evening on Boxing Day 2017 while Mrs makes the dinner.

I pours a cloudy golden colour with flakes of yeast suspended in it. The aroma has a hint of tropical fruit and a piney character. The flavour is very similar and, for a pale ale, very tasty. This is one of my favourite Ontario beers and one that I’ve had in a 6-pack (ie I’ve polished off a 6-pack in one sitting) and single cans before something stronger and it really stands out.

I’d love to try this on draught one day. It’s a great session ale with a kick.

Golden with chunks of yeast floating within, virtually no carbonation and topped with 2 fingers of whitish head.

Smells immediately of pineapple, pine and tropical fruits. Poplar tree, and dankness are in there too.

Very sweet and complex in its fruitiness. Balanced tropical fruit, bar of soap, and scents from an electric car race track.

Light but slightly syrupy body, with medium to low carbonation.

Got this in Gravenhurst today, Nov 29th, 2017, drinking at the cottage tonight. Excellent session ale.

I brought a can of this back from a recent trip to Toronto. It poured a hazy yellow with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had nice aroma of citrus peel. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall...might be the best beer I've tried from canada.

The Look: A hazy, pale golden beer, with a nice rich foamy head.
The Smell: Fresh full citrus hoppiness like an American IPA.
The Taste: Again, like an American IPA, a crisp fresh citrus hop, balanced with malty sweetness and lingering bitterness.
The Feel: Combine the crispness and carbonation with the foamy creaminess of the head, it's simply awesome.
Overall, this beer is my new everyday bottle. I love IPA's like Mill Steet West Coast IPA https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/3760/223363/ but I want something lighter in ABV for an everyday brew. So I've chosen this beer. Love it!

Pours clear gold with few bubbles and a foamy, small head. Citrus, tropical fruit and herbal hop notes in the nose. Grapefruit, peach, mango, thyme and rosemary veering on dill hop flavors in the taste. The savory dill must be from summit or sorachi ace hops. Light arrowroot cookie maltiness in the background. The mouthfeel is light bodied with prickly carbonation. Medium to high bitterness and more dill in the finish.

A nice APA, but the hop profile isn't my cup of tea and the malt profile is anemic. Still worth a try.
