Style: Euro Pale Lager

Alcohol by volume (ABV): 5.00%

Availability: Year-round

Notes / Commercial Description:
Crisp and clean, our flagship lager is a golden coloured beer brewed in the tradition of its continental cousins. Using Canadian pale barley, our brewers craft this beer by infusing the malt wort with only the finest aromatic noble hops. After a controlled fermentation with our Danish yeast strain, the beer is chilled and aged until being cold filtered prior to kegging or bottling. The finished product is a very clean and well-balanced hoppy beer without the astringent bitterness of some other European styled lagers. This Blonde is 100% all natural. If you don't believe us, just look under the cap.

Bright dark straw color with a low amount of activity. Weak creamy white half a finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, and creating a good amount of lacing. Flavors of caramel, cookies, roasted grains, faint corn and noble hops. More bitter and sharp than sugary. Slick and smooth medium body with crispy carbonation. Light finish with a lingering syrupy sweet roasted malt feel, and faint grassy noble hops. Overall average quality craft. Decent flavors, okay freshness, a little too light. Slightly too syrupy, and way too accessible with a hint of adjunct.

Pale gold, a bit too much carbonation at the start for me. Decent head with likewise decent lacing
Smokey yeasty blend of hops and malts
A lighter malt flavor with a subdued hops and citrus blend turns to an alcohol flavor at the end. The taste lets down what one is expecting form the scent of the beer
To much fiz for me but not a light a taste for this type of beer. Alcohol aftertaste a bit too much
Still overall a nice beer I would not hesitate to try again if I had the chance.

Serving Type: 500 mL can

A- Pours a clear, light golden colour. White 2 1/2 finger head that goes down to a few whispy patches fairly quickly. No lacing on the glass.

S- Very malty with a little mild hint of crisp hops.

T- Barley malts with a dry finish of hops (very mild).

M- Medium-High carbonation with a thin, typical Lager body.

O- Crisp and light like an American Adjunct Lager but with an added burst of hops, although rather mild. Easy drinking and pretty tasty for a lager. Better than any adjunct for sure. This would be a beer a would drink with a nice steak.

tap at the brewery

Pours a clear light gold with a white lacing for a head.

Smells of barley malts and crisp dry hops.

Crisp, dry malt flavor, fresh and clean, with a light lagery hop finish.

Medium body with tingly carbonation on the roof of the mouth.

Solid, highly drinkable lager. Goes down easy, beats big brand macros any day. Very nice to pair with food as well.
