An unfiltered North American IPA. Continuously hopped with Centennial, Summit & Amarillo hops for 90 minutes. Citrus and pine flavours upfront & a biscuit malt body that provides balance.

Served on tap in a 16 oz (473 ml) Craftmaster at the Amsterdam BrewHouse in Toronto, Ontario.
A: Pours a crystal clear, golden edging toward amber color with a one half finger, off-white head, rim retention, but complex lacing.
S: Aromas of citrus (largely grapefruit and a touch of orange), pine, and caramel.
T: Semisweet. Palate follows the nose rather closely. Solid bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: A very enjoyable, albeit rather mainstream AIPA.
