Hazy yellow color with fluffy white head. Aroma is yeasty with some herbs and lemongrass. Taste starts nice with yeast and some floral flavors. Finish is a bit astringent, bitter and slightly boozy. Not bad but it has some flaws.

Once poured, this saisson takes a long while to settle. Once this has finally happened, you have a glass of semi-translucent amber, a little bit cloudy. There is little lacing and head throughout the quaff. Subtle nose of orange slice and pepper serves as an introduction to a dry and peppery citrus bite with a crisp hop fade thanks to the Australian hops. Yeast balance holds well, though retains something of a resinous grasp at he end. Norway and Australia - together again. (478 characters)
