En grosso. En copa de Estrella Damm. Con pizza 4 quesos. Refrescante, suave y algo mas maltosa que una lager industrial

Golden clear color. White, low foam with medium-long reduction time.
In the aroma, light malt and corn notes and that's all.
The taste is typical for lagers i.e. bland. Fortunately, without flaws.
Saturation medium plus. Body medium. Texture smooth. Aftertaste, um ... none.

I read good things are coming out of Italy. Craft brewers there don't carry the same purist baggage from great Northern European countries like Belgium and Germany so they take chances. I don't know if this one classifies as such but to me it's a safe, nice tasting light lager. Nice golden color with a generous lace. Smooth with very little bitterness. Chalk this one up to a great summer beer I enjoyed. I think I'm going to explore Italian beers a little more.

Bottle: Poured a hazy amber color beer with a medium size foamy head with limited retention and not much lacing. Aroma of light skunk notes with some grainy notes. Taste is a mix of grainy notes with some skunk notes and a semi sweet finish. Body is full for style with medium carbonation. Not very interesting with some skunk notes.

Best before 14/01/17.
Pours a lightly hazy gold body with pure white foam at about 2 fingers. Aroma of sulfur and flavor is grainy bitterness that grates since there is no real flavor to back it up.

Found a bottle in Costa Rica of all places and have thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. It came in a metal topped cork contraption and held the carbonation throughout. Definitely worth another visit.

A good beer from Italy. Really crafted lager beer. I was surprised, I thought it's gonna be a typical euro lager, but no!! This is a really good pale lager beer. And crafted beer! Looks like an american crafted lagers. Italians can do really good beers.
