Light to medium bodied. Grassy honey aromas. Flavor is slightly sweet, but not overpowering, along with some spice, particularly cinnamon, and citrus. Quite nice.

12 oz bottle with an 18 September 2020 bottling date stamp on the label, served in a Belgian snifter.
Pours with an attractive dark amber colored body with an off-white head that has weak retention.
Aroma. Bright and lightly spicy with hints of evergreen trees and ginger.
Flavor: amber ale with light spices of a largely indeterminate mix.ture but including ginger.
Feel. Smooth with a level of carbonation that seems just a touch too low.

Look: It pours amber with an off white head that is very light tan.
Smell: The initial aromas are strong in ginger and cinnamon. There are also notes of honey and a bit of orange.
Taste: The ginger comes out the strong in the flavor with the addition of cinnamon. There is a bit of spiciness to it with a slight bit of orange and honey. There is a very low background note of caramel.
Feel: It has a moderate body with moderate carbonation and a sweet and spicy finish.
Overall, a good spiced beer with the ginger being a bit more dominate in the elements with cinnamon and then other notes.

From a bomber dated 10/25/16. Pours a caramel color with a half finger of tan head. Very little smell, slightly sweet malt. Light feel. Tastes of honey and spices, but has very little depth. Some lingering warmth. An okay winter warmer, but not great.

Had on tap. Clear brown with a tan ring. Smell features the spices in a bright sense, orange zest, and caramel. Taste has not depth behind the spices, orange zest does little to keep the attention of the palate, malts are thinner. Body is bright for style, thin, spiced and crisp.
