Keg halfpint at The Shakespeare, London Victoria. Golden colour, white head. Moderate aroma of fruity hops (tropical fruits). The flavour is medium dry and crisp, but still with a well balanced residual sweetness, and distinct notes of fruity Galaxy hops (tropical fruits again). The bitterness is still moderate. Enjoyable beer.

L- Deeper gold, clear, 3mm white head receding quite quickly.
S- Somewhat fruity + grains.
T- Follows the Smell, fruit-notes are the meat at the start and middle, then some rising hoppiness slowly into the finish, but gentle.
F- Pleasant enough, nothing sticks out and blugeons you as some fashionable 330ml canned beers tend to do these days.
O- If you want a contemporary lager with some subtle added fruit-notes this might be worth a try.
Bought from the Adnams shop, at the Holkham Estate in Norfolk/UK, which is where Adnams source their grain. Nice shop too, a good range of Adnams and other beers you might not find elsewhere.

330ml bottle.
L: Clear, dark gold with a thin, soapy head.
S: Sweet malt, light.
T: Generic lager taste profile enhanced marginally by galaxy hops.
F: Moderate carbonation, light body, a little harsh. Not clean, not smooth.
O: On the upside, the dry hopping adds some interest to what is otherwise a humdrum lager. On the downside, it also ruins the mouthfeel. Another mediocre offering from a consistently underwhelming brewery.

A 330ml can with a BB of July 2017. Purchased recently from Tesco. The name says it all really, it's a lager dry-hopped with Galaxy.

A: Poured into a tulip. A clear yellow-gold hue with light carbonation. Yields a decent head of frothy white foam that lasts for a minute or two before collapsing and disappearing.

S: Aroma of fruity hops with hints of mild citrus, vague tropical fruit, grass/hay, light malt and earthy yeast. Quite nice.

T: Tastes of tangy, fruity hops with notes of citrus, mild tropical fruit, grass/hay, light spice, subtle malt and earthy yeast. A crisp, understated bitterness upon swallowing.

M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with soft carbonation and a fairly thin body. Aftertaste of fruity hops and mild bitterness.

O: A decent little brew that goes down alright. Lacklustre looks but the aroma and flavour are pleasantly hoppy. Average body. Not as well-rounded as it might be, but nice nonetheless. Perhaps live conditioning would help. I could see this being a regular drinking beer at the right price - worth sampling.

On tap in London. White head. Clear golden orange.

Hoppier than most English beers, especially a lager. Earthy and a touch of citrus.

Decent, but nothing overly exciting.

330ml bottle from Morrisons supermarket (£0.99p):
Quite a plain tasting beer that was almost like a lager/IPA hybrid with the faint hops coming through early on before fading quite fast. It was a smooth but ultimitely quite a thin beer & it's not likely I'll pick it up again, it was a little plain for my liking.

Pours pale straw-gold and appears to be filtered. Keg, not cask. Nose is very tempting with lots of grassy hop aroma. Flavor is clean, without a any big flavors, and what you might expect from a Euro lager. On the finish, an odd, difficult to place, off flavor comes through and spoils what would have been an extremely quaffable brew. Mouthfeel is harsh with carbonation. Overall, could be a good beer if they clean up the flavor profile.

Amber color with a thin head with short retention.
Aroma with notes of cantaloupe melon, peaches, mild papaya, passionfruit, some lager yeast, sweet flowers and honey.
Flavor with notes of cantaloupe melon, lager yeast, lemon, biscuit malt, lemongrass and peaches. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light to medium body with proper carbonation.
Fruity lager with nice Galaxy hoppy notes. Although hops are clearly present, this is not as bold as a regular IPA version (which shouldn’t be one expectation by the way). Though, when fresh, this should be a bit bolder. Sure not a dull lager.

Saw this in Bury St Edmunds on tap, thought I try something special.
Look is pale gold with plenty of bubbles, we'll carbonated, the head sticks around long enough.
Smells floral, hoppy, dry, clean.
Taste is crisp fresh light and floral light citrus. Crisp and dry as expected, clean after taste, very nice!
Feel is smooth and crisp, dry. Your mouth will feel refreshed and clean with a great taste.
Overall great lager!

Looks like a nice enough lager thou the main aromas are the hops there is a slight off putting cat urine smell
The test is like a US pale ale without the depth
all up front there is spicy citrus but it all just dissolves & falls flat
perhaps I'm just not ready for ice cold beer?

Bought in 330ml bottle from Morrisons supermarket. Served cold into American pint glass.

A) Typical mid-yellowish lager appearance. Clear. Lots of small bubbles. Thin but persistent white head.

S) The Galaxy hops are evident in the nose. A lot more appealing than a typical British lager!

T) The fruity Galaxy hops are there, but the taste is a lot more muted than you would expect from an IPA of the equivalent ABV. There is no malty counterpoint to the hops, which aren't that strong a flavour to begin with.

M) No different to any other lager of the same strength. Light and refreshing. No nasty aftertastes.

O) Pretty pointless: take an average lager and put some Galaxy hops in it. They didn't put enough in for anyone to go out their way for this. If you like Galaxy hops, buy an IPA with them in.
