12 oz bottle. Bottled July 31, 2023. Nice head on this one, persistent leaving plenty of lacing. Nice transparent copper body. Smooth drinking slightly sweet. Nice malty feel. Good balance between the pumpkin and the spice flavors. Flavors are not heavy/strong which makes this a easy drinker.

12 oz bottle poured into a snifter. Pours a clear yellow/orange with very little head. Aroma and flavor feature light spices with light caramel and bready malt. It's a decent pumpkin beer but overall surprisingly muted.

Copper penny colored with a moderate amount of haziness. There's a fingernail of beige covering about a third of the top. I'm smelling nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, and pumpkin pie spice. I'm tasting a melange of spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice. The mouth is moderately carbonated and a touch watery.

On tap. Very much a pumpkin beer. Lots of the pumpkin in this one, and lighter on the cinamon and nutmeg. Carb is a bit low so the finish is a touch flat. Overall others do the style better but this one works

Pours a clear, copper color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Poor retention and poor lacing. Smells of slight pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, sweet malt, hint of pale malt, and a hint of hops. Fits the style of Pumpkin Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of cinnamon, nutmeg, sweet malt, hint of caramel malt, hint of hops, hint of alcohol, and slight pumpkin. Overall, weak appearance, sharp, good blend (not too spicy nor all pumpkin) and body though.

Delicate, smooth and a little saucy- the world looks spicy, sweet and fall-like through these pumpkin tinted glasses. As a taste of grandma's pumpkin ale crams into the beer glass, the pumpkin ale season is upon us- good gourd!
Painted ladies pours a soft and glowing golden, amber and yes- orange hue. Crowned with a frothy meringue, the beer's scent is bright with pumpkin spice but somber with caramel and cake. Its taste burst with caramel, graham cracker, toasted pecan, bread crust and light cream.
Its malty underpinnings hold true while the array of spices mingle overhead. Cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and clove come in equal parts as a sense of gingerbread brings the spices and sweetness together. Mildly bitter, the ale lets the spices carry the load with suggestions of chai, spice cake and of course grandma's pumpkin pie.
Evading the astringency that commonly plagues pumpkin ale, the beer trails into a smooth, silky and spicy after-palate with a medium-full body and a warming sense of calm. Lingering sweetness and gourd-like starchiness ensures that the ale is much more appreciated as a culinary-packed session rather than a crisp, quaffing one.

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has a bronze color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of pumpkin, subtle spices. Taste is the same, pumpkin up front, spices in the background, smooth and easy drinking for the abv. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a solid beer.
