Interesting o-fest...the nose is very unique...almost smells of sweet candy..a bit of an odd smell actually...it looks great with a light orange appearance...Nice taste....definitely on the sweeter side... toastiness, but some nice sweet maltiness..
Body is about perfect for this style...Drinking one of these though is an interesting experience due to the odd aroma....almost like arm pit odor now that I think of it..

The carbonation is evident in the appearance of this clear copper brew. A medium sized off-white head reduces to a film in a minute and retains nicely from there on out. Lacing is sufficient. There's a real nice refined malt aroma on this badboy. Three things I notice on my first taste. 1) Maltiness 2) There's some hopping in this Ofest 3) I like it. Really nice layered malt profile. Nice Vienna and Munich overtones. Hops really add distinct flavor to this one. They primarily seem to add a subdued bitterness. It melds nicely though. This medium-full bodied beer is one of the better Oktoberfests I've had this year.

Where's Bierman9??? I need assistance translating the name here. According to the label, tt mean "the fondness for feasting, drinking and merry company". That is what it is all about, isn't it?
Pours a golden-brown body, with small white head. It doesn't last long, but leaves some edging and a little lace.
Full toasty aroma. Sizeable malt load is evident. Hops are certainly present, with some good ol' German spiciness.
Taste mirrors the aroma. Big toasted malt flavors. Spot-on for the style. Munich and carmel sweetness reside in the distance. The toastedness is definately the showcase here. Pretty dry all the way through. Finishes with roundhouse of spicy hops. Quite hoppy for the style, but it meshes well with the heavy toasted aspect.
Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Always lively.
Very pleasant and a great Autumn session. One of my favorite fall quaffers, as this screams "more".
