Another wide selection of your tipple of choice, with plenty of wine and liquor options. But we’re here for craft and they deliver on that end as well. Prices are on par or slightly higher. Can be long lines during busy times.

As a regular here, I love Tiffany's! Not only for the beer, but also for the deli. "Cheese ends" are small and cheap for sampling. If it distributes in Michigan, they can get it if they don't have it. Long time happy customer.

Buyer beware, they try to sell both kegs and beer bottles WAY past "Best By" date and then try to say that the beer is fine even though it is too low of an ABV to be cellar'd. The staff is nice, but the owners are kinda jerks. They aren't always the most expensive, but 9 times out of 10 they are. Plus, they were offering a 4-pk pre-sale of KBS on facebook, but when they realized they would be out too quickly, they back pedaled and say limit 1. Plus, charged doubt what Founders recommended for MSRP.

Visited this place at the recommendation of a Bell's bartender on a recent roadtrip.

Tiffany's is actually a large liquor store/deli type place. Its pretty spacious but the entire area is made use of. Shelves are a bit cramped and hard to peruse but that could be a good thing. Otherwise pretty friendly and really, your run-of-the-mill liquor store.

Quality is pretty good. They have almost all of their 6-ers at room temperature and in the fridge. As well as refridgerated IPAs. Beers kept on the shelves are all to date too. These guys obviously know what they're doing.

Service overall is pretty good. I was helped and given a little tour of the place and they made a couple of nice recommendations. The service people were nice as were the cashiers who made light conversation.

Selection is really good. Rivals some of the best beers stores in NYC and I was impressed to see that almost everything they had in 6-ers were also available as singles in a pick-6 type of deal. That's always appreciated. A very solid selection of locals, imports, and other offerings around the US.

Tiffany is a bit expensive. Bottles in both 6ers and bombers and 750s were more expensive than in NYC... considering that pints around the locals bars were much cheaper than what I'm used to paying, I'm inclined to think this place is overcharging a bit.

Worth a visit to get a comprehensive idea of what is distributed to MI. And about a 5 minute drive from Bell's so its a nice, convenient pit stop for the craft beer enthusiast.

Another quick stop after eating and drinking at the Eccentric cafe..This was my second time, and again, I walked out with a case of beer! I even found KBS here!! There were was plenty of singles and sixers around.. A good selection of imports, locals and other micros... The trick was, I could tell some bottles were pushing code or at least a little out of season as there were some fall selections still around... Eitherway, I still found plenty to walk out with... There was a younger beer guy in back who was pretty nice and helpful and the girl up front was as well.. I'd go back for a third stop sometime..

Selection is awesome. Beer is not always stored in appropriate conditions. Some old stuff on the shelves( Xmas beers from 2009, summer beers from last year, etc.). Prices are higher than Drake Party Center. Hoard limited releases and gouge you (ex: Founders KBS, limit 1 bottle and charging $9, Founders Nemesis $40/4pk). Great Single malt selection, but not at state minimum so expect to pay $20-25$ more per bottle. Can find same stuff in Grand Rapids and Ann Arbor for much less. Decent cigar selection, but again Arturo Fuente Work of Art Natural for $12...please...Red Arrow is a few minutes away!

Great selection of beers from across the country and around the globe, especially for make your own 6-packs, usually even have 120 min IPA in stock. Also an extensive selection of cold beer, including almost all west Michigan area brewers and most of the big Michigan companies Better though is the wine and liquor selection which is the best that I have found in the entire area. Prices for beer are slightly high, as would be expected. For liquor the prices are not minimum but still very reasonable. I do not purchase enough wine to judge the prices, however the selection, as noted before, is superb. Never have needed help there but from my experience with purchasing the service seems pretty good.

I used to go here once in a while when I went to WMU...it was a short bike ride from campus. Now I stop by whenever I pass through the 'Zoo. I remember buying a bottle of Ricard pastis here back in the day when it was harder to find.

There are several hundred selections of Belgians and micros as well as liquor, wine, cocktail ingredients, etc. There's a little bit of everything, and lot of decent beer that is hard to find elsewhere. They do a nice job representing a lot of the smaller breweries in the region and the tri-state area (MI, OH, IN) that are hard to find, and these are typically what I stock up on.

While making my purchase, I got in a conversation with the manager and another employee. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I got out to my car I loaded up the treasure and prepped to head back out to I-94.

Suddenly I was overcome by a kind thought. I got back out, opened my trunk, and took out some bottles of WI microbrew. I always bring back a few samples to my BA buddy, but I had some extras and thought the Tiffany guys would surely appreciate it. I asked if they'd accept some, and they said no, but they'd gladly trade for it, which we did.

Stop by here when passing through. Prices are not cheap, but they go above and beyond to provide a wide selection that beats anywhere else I know around here. Come here for the special brews you can't find elsewhere, or to buy a wide array of Midwest beers and Belgians.

I was told that this is the one must stop bottle shop in Kalamazoo...and yes, this is a great place to check out!

Kind of a Swiss army store...they seem to have a little bit of everything (beer, wine, hard alcohol, food). The beer can be found along the right side...a few industrial baker shelves make up aisles that house lots of imports, locals and domestic craft bottles. The import selection is quite impressive.

They have coolers along the wall (and a few more in the rear room) that have cold singles and six packs. There was also some center island type displays of beer scattered throughout the back room.

A few of the employees stopped to ask if I needed help...without being overbearing or pushy. Prices are clearly marked and easy to see.

If you are in town to visit Bells, you have to stop by here. Well worth a visit.

This place had a great selection!! My buddy and I stopped here on our way through town. Walking in, beer is straight ahead on the right. A giant cooler lines the wall with more than half devoted to craft beer... The shelves facing the cooler are mostly mix and match singles-- huge selection, with some beers being cellared for a year or two already. The singles prices were really high ($9 for a KBS, and $6 for a Founders IS, etc.). The next aisle over is filled with bombers. Overall, the store had all of the MI brewers I was hoping to find, and lots more.

They did have all the beers I was hoping to find, except for Nemesis... The kid tht helped me was awesome- very friendly and knowledgable. He checked the downstairs cellar/storage area for me 4 or 5 tomes and kept returning with stuff I couldn't pass up.

If you're looking for your daily drinker, you might be well-advised to head elsewhere, but if you're looking for rarities, especially if you're from out of state, this place is a must.

If your in the Kalamazoo area this is a must stop beer store. Great selection with all the locals of the area as well as some international selections. Once inside go to the right and back. You will be greated by almost an entire wall of singles for sale. Pricey but it worked because they had alot of beers that Ive been wanting to try. On the opposite side of the singles in the coolers had all of the 6 and 12 packs. Again great selection of Craft Beer to include Founders, Stone, New Holland, Avery, Bells and a few Southern Tier. Behind the singles in the next aisle over were the 22 oz bombers. Again a decent selection but could fing what I considered a sure thing beer in the area, "New Holland Imperial Hatter". Staff was friendly and offered assistance at times.

Easy to find on a major throughfare, west of downtown. This strikes me as an upscale liquor store, lots of wine, fine cheeses, and artisanal foodstuff. Very good selection of beers, maybe 100+ USA craft choices, 60+ Belgians, and 60+ from the rest of Europe. Quite a few singles, although you pay dearly for the convenience. While I'm on price, you seem to pay dearly for everything in the store. This is among the priciest stores I've visited in the entire state.

Bottom line is you'll find something good, maybe even rare. But you will pay.

I visited this place on 8/29/2009.

With time only to stop at one beer store in Kalamazoo on a recent trip, I chose the Tiffany Party Store and am thrilled that I did.

I think this place draws its name from the fact that it is located in the Tiffany shopping center and not from the name of the owner (grin).
Upon entering, it was apparent that the store had a lot of stuff and it was all well organized. The beers were off to the right and stretched nearly the length of the store. Of greatest interest to me were two very long aisles, one containing Belgian beers and the other containing an impressive selection of single bottles and glass door coolers with a wide assortment of American craft beer six packs. I was happy to see the well known locals as well as smaller more rare Michigan breweries well represented.

The prices were getting up there but still fair. They have a deal where you can mix your own six pack of singles and they take 10% off the price. With such an impressively huge selection, I get leery of the age on the beer but everything I picked up has been in great shape / fresh. Service was great and friendly (they were there when I needed them and left me alone when I didn't. Its also worth mentioning that they have a great selection of party foods on hand as well - everything from prepared dips to humus to salsa, etc.

Overall a great place that could easily be a one stop shop if you are in the area.

By far, the best beer store in Kalamazoo. Selection is often only limited by what is unavailable from distributors. Good selection of both 6 pack and bombers/750 ml bottles in coolers as well as on shelf. There is more of a selection when it comes to single bottles than any other store in town as well. The store is well organized and clean. The one knock I have is the service. Now don't get me wrong, they have great employees, Jake or Daniel (should be "The" beer guys there) and an older gentleman with the mustache (wish I knew his name, are both awesome). They have great knowledge and are willing to help. Unfortunately the management and a select few employees seem disinterested and unwilling to help the beer purchasing demographic. The management seems to know that they have the best selection and pull in things that are not available elsewhere in town, which apparently gives them the right to act like we owe them something. Tiffany's is the best in the town, I just wish they knew how much better they could be.

Tiffany's has the greatest selection of beer in Kalamazoo. There is no argument. They may very well have the greatest wine and liquor selection as well, but that is not our area of interest.

They feature a huge selection of beers from the US as well as Germany, Belgium, GB and various other countries. They also now offer the customer to build a six pack and receive a 10% discount off the total, which is quite helpful. Odds are, if it is distributed in SW Michigan, they have it. One of the employees informed me that they had 2 out of the 8 Sam Adams Utopias for sale in Michigan, which gives an example of their buying power. Also, for buying kegs, don't bother going anywhere else. They have the best prices and selection.

The single/sixer beer prices are never cheap, but never unreasonable. The main downside I find to this place is the service. The employees are usually helpful and knowledgeable, however the managers/owners are always rude to me. Apparently they are very aware that they trump the local competition and think they cater to a higher class. No need to be pleasant to your everyday customer...

Great store that recently expanded allowing more space and a greater selection. Recently Tiffany's has started a mix and match six pack deal giving 10% off each beer in the six pack. There is a good selection to choose from, but they do nicely with the size of the place. This is, in my opinion, the best place to buy beer from in Kalamazoo. There is typically a good selection of local brews as well as seasonal brews.

They also have a large selection of wines. I don't know a ton about wines...perhaps I don't know much at all, but they have many, and the more expensive are in the lower level.

Sort of a hidden gem in the great area of Kalamazoo. I stumbled across this place and was taken back by the brews available. Great selection of top-notch beers. The shelves gave me that sensory overload feel and the coolers are well stocked with sixers and singles towards the back...and yes, you can make your own sixer.

The guy working the counter was a bit on the rude side when I asked questions. I am not sure about the "go-to" person for beer questions and recommendations...still a great place for selection and flavors

I walked in and b lined right to the beer section. I was kind of confused, because it was not really put together in any sort of organization. I did find lots of really nice bottle and actually at a good price. Get 6 and 10% off, damn, now I have to buy more!! My wife was looking at some of the wine there, but said beer was easier. It kind of reminded me if you would take a Whole Foods, and squeeze it into a conveinece store, but I get it, its a college town. The guy behind the counter was quite knowledgable, although, he rang bottles through like old people have sex. But, all and all, a really nice selection, and really nice place.

First, the staff here was great, especially the guy who helped me find the place over the phone and showed me some stuf they just got in (Stone VE 080808). Nice, well stocked typical MIch. "party store" tons of wine, booze, food and beer. yes tons of beer, mostly on a large two sided shelving unit and also tons cold in coolers along the right side and rear of the store. All the usual Michigan good stuff ( Founders, Arcadia, Bells, jolly P.), nice selection of the national micros, (Avery, Stone, ommegang, Rogue,Great Divide) Respectable collection of pretty typical Belgians, Brit and German imports. Toss in oils, cheese, sauces, breads, olives, spices, etc and you get the idea..Prices seemed pretty reasonable, ..better then average stop..

I have mixed feelings about this place...

When you walk in, it's clear that this is more of a specialty deli & wine shop first. No signs indicate the beer section, I wandered aimlessly for a bit in search of it. There was a lack of beer displays, although there were cases of Arcadia Whitsun stacked in the front window under full sunlight.

The beer aisle (closest to the coolers) was long, and a little confusing. US and imports were mixed up, and not necessarily grouped by brewery. Jolly Pumpkin for instance...there was a few leftover bottles of Fuego on one side, and Roja on the other, but nothing else at all. When I asked, they found a sixer of Calabaza Blanca in the back for me. There were many imports, but not necessarily quality ones. 5 flavors of Warsteiner (mmm, cola & lime), but where's the Rochefort, St Bernardus, Aventinus? They seemed randomly selected and displayed, without regard to quality or country of origin. Some stuff was dusty and shouldn't have been on the shelf (Kolsch & light lagers). That said, there were a handful of gems that seemed to be diamonds in the rough.

Checkout was fine, they were helpful, although there wasn't anyone on the floor while I was there. Prices seemed steep, especially on the local beers (good but not extensive selection). Not sure if i'd return, probably worth a look for travellers, but if you're local I would shop around.

I visited this place when I was in Kalamazoo visiting a friend. Most of the beer is on shelves and split up between countries. The Belgian selection was absolutely stunning for what I have seen in this state. Lots of stuff from Bell's, Lagunitas, Chimay, Trapistes Rochefort, Unibroue, etc. What I found surprising was how I don't think they had any Founders or St. Bernardus. The service was fine, but no one asked if we needed help or anything- but whatever, It is very interesting to see how distribution varies across the state. I will be going back when I am in the area.

Being new in town, I had to find a new beer store. Tiffany's seemed to be the best reviewed, so I tried there first. The selection was good, lots of local Michigan stuff, and the regulars like Rogue, Unibroue, and Stone. The prices, to me, seemed very reasonable, some things even on the cheap side. What really impressed me though, was the wide selection of off-the wall Belgian beers. They had so many I hadn't ever heard of, it was crazy. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. I'll be there frequently.
