A beer with almost a sour after-taste. It tastes like something is wrong.

Taste Rating in Words: It's drinking milk that isn't expired but you can taste that it's on it's way.

Number one winner. I always pick up a case of this if I'm in Wood/Portage County. Go for the cans, bottles aren't worth it. You can't beat it for a throw around, old-time Wisconsin social beer. It's cheap and tastes better than MKE's Best, High Life, Bud, Butch Light, etc. Plus, in the marketing is king macro/micro world, this company has basically never changed theirs. Something to think about.

They also have a bunch of well done micros and seasonal beers with fancy marketing.

Drank out of a longneck bottle. This is a good example of an American lager. A bit of a grainy aroma and taste with maybe a touch of black pepper in there somewhere. Very refreshing.

This is a descent beer that is a shade darker than your average macro lager, it doesn't produce much in the way of head, or leave much lacing. I have had this in bottle, can and on tap and it tastes the same either way.
It is too bad this beer is not widely available as it is worth a try .

While lagers are not my favorite style this is a really good lager.

A decent all around lager from a tall boy can. Stevens Points lager pours a nice clear
golden with a modest head of white foam that settles to a thin ring and light lacing.
Nose of sweet malts with touches of corn and a moderate grain bill with a touch of
hops. Flavors hit all the right notes for a standard American lager. Crisp, clean, and
smooth, sweet up front and lightly herbal hopped on the rear. Decent mouth feel
that is a touch watery but perfect for a summer cook out. Overall, nothing to hate
and everything to enjoy for a standard session brew.

Hey, it's a lager.....it's summer.....fills the bill.

Cheers

Weak yellow pour with like, no head, looks like total frat party keg beer. Aroma was a little metallic bitterness and not much else.

Taste was watery, a little bit of noble and cascade hops I'd guess, still metallic even though watered down. Highly carbonated.

Never gonna be impressed with this, but its just as good as any other swill in a 24 or 30 pack I'd imagine.
