Poured from a bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazed orange color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades fast leaving a tiny bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is mainly of a bready and light fruit smell of harvest fruits and white grapes. Along with these smells come a little bit of caramel and a bit of herbal and grassy aromas.
Taste – The taste begins with a cracker malt flavor mixed with s bit of breadiness and some sweetness of a white grape and citrus taste. As the taste advances the sweetness and the breadiness fade a bit all while some flavors of hop come to the tongue. The hop is mainly of a herbal and grassy nature mixed with a little bit of a must and hay, leaving one with a rather easy going and somewhat more crisp taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium in thickness and crispness with a carbonation level that is average. Overall the feel is pretty good and makes for a nice crisp drinker.
Overall – A decent pale ale with a decent hit of dankness at the end.

L- Quite deep golden, over near pale amber. Clear, with pillowy 2Cm off-white head and lively rising CO2. ps. +10mins post-pour 2/3rds way down the head is so ultra-fine it's formed a 'sculpture' shaped like a human ear (!) standing 1Cm above the glass's foam creating nucleation spot.
S- Mild to me, I might have congestion, I just a light waft of citrus plus grains.
T- Bright and right into the suggested dry hops which dominate the taste. There's also a light citrus element, steering over near grapefruit, though happily it's subtle.
F- Dry and bright. There is some sense of body but this beer would be better suited to a hot summer's day than December.
O- It's refreshing and sessionable. It does a good job masking the ABV% behind the prominent hops. A very nice beer that I'd happily drink again.
500ml bottle BB: 08/10/2022. Labelled for import into the US. Bought from TremblingMadness/York/UK for home delivery to London.

From the bottle, it pours a nice clear amber with a modest, though long lasting, off-white head. Hops are present in the nose...and in the mouth - lightly bitter tasting, but overall pleasant.
