The original American Hefeweizen gets a bold, new citrus aroma and flavor from lemon drop hops & natural lemonade flavor.

Hazy yellow lemonade with a ring of bubbles around the top. Lemon wheat and cream on the nose. The finish is of lemon drops and lemon candy gummy bears. Starts off creamy with a fruity tangy lemon zip. A bit too sweet on the finish with an unfortunate shampoo quality. Considering the amount of fruit that went into this it isn't terribly overwhelming, but I still prefer the original hefe. I usually throw the lemon away.

Pours a hazy, straw color. One inch head of a white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of strong lemon, wheat, ginger, and slight hops. Does not fit the style of a Hefeweizen. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with a high carbonation level. Tastes of strong lemon, wheat, hint of pale malt, slight hops, and ginger. Overall, the ginger and lemon are so strong that this is unrecognizable as a Hefeweizen.

Pours out a mild burnt orange color with a nice thick white head that quickly thins out into a thin ring round the glass. There's mild lacing and the body runs heavy with bubbles for about two minutes.

Grass notes play the undertone mixed in with a hint of earthiness, the lemon zest and some mild citrus spices make up the rest of the aroma. Mild wheat smells popup here and there

Wheat and lemon zest hit you first followed by the mild grassy flavors. This beer is sweet overall

Clean and crisp and light bodied and filled with carbonation.

Overall this is a sweet ale that's very refreshing.
