On tap at the Atlanta Yard House.

A: clear deep amber with an excllent beige head. Exceptional lacing

Aroma: loads of toffee with hints of dark fruits and medium-dark breads.

Flavor: Sweet up front turning bitter-sweet by the finish. Very maltyas is the aroma. Fine lingering aftertaste.

Feel: medium+ body; proper carbonation. Very smooth

O: starts as a brown/tripel, finishes as a flavorful amber ale. Recommended and worth seeking out.

Sorry kids.... This wasnt a winner. Although I felt it was far from terrible, the finish had a alcohol punch that gave it a medicine vibe. merry monks and la fin du monde are far better examples of what i prefer on this style. This beer gets a C- grade from me.

This beer is overly sweet and syrupy to me. Appearance is ok. The aroma is subdued to the point of almost not being there. It's a long way from any tripel I've had, usually one of my favorite styles, but not this time.

Nice beer with a claret colored body and off white head. Sweet smell. Juicy fruit cake like taste. Some mineral. Medium finish. Would have again. Though a bit pricey
