look: 4 | smell: 5 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 4 | overall: 5
A stunning light, yet thick and hazy yellow. Small head with sediment bits floating around.
It's smells like candy! Very sweet, like a sweet dough, yet fruity as well. Very citrusy.
Light, smooth, refreshing, although the smell doesn't translate into flavor as strongly as I would have liked.
Slight stinging from the carbonation.
One of my favorite beers. I can't think of a Belgian white that compares.

Had it on draft poured into a tall tulip glass . Bright Pale cloudy yellow color with nice initial head and good lacing. Very fragrant floral sweet smell. Excellent sweet spicy, ligh refreshing taste. Definitely something I would get again. A nice surprise.

Poured into a regular glass from a 0,25 cl bottle.
-The regular look for a witbier. Pale yellow, very opaque. Lots of foam.
-Citric smell.
-A very nice taste. Not bitter at all, unlike other witbiers.
-The feel is really nice.
Overall I would describe it as a superb witbier.

A: Cloudy and unfiltered, egg white colour, slight yellow tinge, 2 fingers of white creamy head fade to a foam, no visible carbonation.
S: Peaches, Belgian yeasts, the lightness of a witbier.
T: Not the sweetness I expected, but the Belgian yeasts come through, then the peaches, then a sourness, and the weighty body for a witbier stands out to me. Much like a dry white unripe peach. Lemon, a little lemon peel.
M: Medium body, quite weighty for a witbier, low fine bubbed carbonation is much like the bite of an alcohilizing fruit.
O: Unique, unlike any witbier I’ve had, but remenicent of 1664 Blanche. Good for hot weather, would pair well with lemon dressings and salads.
