I have many Heinekens over the years. I have found out the best way is out of bottle and sip on it. Great beer were you can get anywhere!

Appearance :Crystal clear full yellow with lots of streaming bubbles.

Smell;: No skunking smell or hoppy, but a grassy smell

0aste: Nice and clean, not too bitter, with a nice malt. It has a bitterness on back of the tongue.

Mouthfeel: Thin. Nothing bad, just thin.

Overall: Love or hate it ! This beer is here to stay for a long time. Refreshing and not boring for my taste.

Starting from a poured 12 oz bottle. Here we go...

Ap- Crystal clear full yellow with lots of streaming bubbles. Creamy-ish off white head that dissipates rocky.

Sm- Skunked. I come from stouts and not used to lighter beers in more clear bottles. How have they gone this long selling skunked beer? Other than that, I get the wimpy hops with that malt backbone. Also a clean, water smell. Smells just like others of its type.

Ta- Commercial hop bitterness. Not enough to turn a casual away. Tastes almost exactly like a Peroni. The malt is there and supports the back end.

Mf- Thin. Nothing bad, just thin.

I'd go for this over American Adjuncts, but I wouldn't suggest this if something more special were around. I cant give this a general pass because of the skunk, however their cans are obviously not going to have that issue, as well as the tap version. So it falls right on average.
