Notes: A whole-cone Cascade dry-hop shines with a malty body in our balanced pale ale. The result, a citrusy aroma backed with malt that pairs beautifully with subtle flavors, especially with citrus dressings and seafood.

Highland's pale pours a bubbly, short-lived head that sits atop a clear golden liquid. The smell is of faint citrusy hops, which is just enough to get one interested in the brew. The taste is more of the hops with a lingering malt character that sticks around to balance the brew fairly well. The mouthfeel is fairly carbonated, but not overly so. This is a refreshing, easy drinking pale ale. Worth a try.

This is a good pale ale in fact to me it's cross between and pale and an IPA. The appearence is a little light in my opinion. And there isn't much of a scent, but you do detect some hop aroma. The taste is a little on the hoppy side for a pale but not quite in the IPA catagory. I recommend this beer to hopheads and non-hopheads it goes down very smooth.........CHEERS
