Poured from a 12oz bottle into a Portsmouth goblet. Received in a trade with BeerLovinGrl. Thanks!

A - Pours a hazy orange. Small white head that fades away quickly to a thin ring around the edge of the glass. Nice, even lacing around the glass.

S - Dominated by caramel maltiness and maybe a little molasses like aroma. Not much hops here -I expected more here from an ipa.

T - Good hop bitterness. Solid malty backbone -balanced more towards the malt side. Not much hop flavor. Malt aroma really forces the sweetness of the malt into the flavor - hard to overlook.

M - Mouthfeel is good. Medium body and carbonation - nothing wrong here, but nothing outstanding either.

D - For an IPA, this is really malt forward. I would prefer more hop flavor and aroma in this one. Maltiness makes it feel heavy, decreasing its overall drinkabilitiy.

This beer could best be compared to a poor version of Sierra Nevada. Nothing new or exciting here. A truly prosaic and mediocre beer. After a few sips I poured this one out. There are too many decent beers out there so I recommend that you skip this one.

Another average beer I poured into my tumbler at 45 degrees. The beer was cloudy and golden dark colored. The beer had an average white head. The beer was a little hoppy smelling and tasting. I did not like the beer very much, just another IPA. average tio say the least. I will not buy again.

A: a very hazed, opaque reddish blond body. slightly off-white head is very frothy and leaves thick tufts along the side of the glass. good retention.

S: melon, papaya, juniper berries. some sort of soft herbal sweetness i cant exactly put my finger on....

T: starts sweet and fruity, very similar to the nose. a single bitter note throughout. a little bit of hop astringency towards the finish leaves the palate a bit more unsatisfactory.

M: lower carbonation. medium body.

D: not a bad IPA, but that unwanted lingering hop astringency is a bit of a turn-off. otherwise, super solid taste makes this pretty inviting.

Pours a slightly cloudy amber with a nice light tan head. Falls slow with decent lace.

Not getting too much in the aroma. Small malts. Mostly clean.

Big hop flavor, tangy on the tongue. Rather clean finish.

Medium bodied to full in the mouth, smooth.

Very nice brew, I like it.

A- Pours a clear orangey hue with slim to no head.

S- Smells a bit yeasty, almost saisonesque in the nose.

T- Bready at the begining and moves into slight piney hops in the end. Pretty typical, nothing too exciting.

M- Medium viscosity, good amount of carbonation.

D- This is not extreme in the least. Could easily be sessioned but there is definitely other things I would pick first.

standard IPA but nothing outstanding about it. clean balance of hops/malt. medium feel and medium carbonation.

Had this while away for work and not many other choices.

I got this brew in a trade with 67couple.

12oz bottle, served in a standard pint glass.

L - cloudy, golden color with a fluffy white head that settled down, leaving sticky lacing on the glass.

S - citrus hop aroma.

T - citrus hop flavor dominates but a balance of malty flavor makes itself known.

F - medium bodied with good carbonation feel.

D - goes down easy

Had on tap.

Arrived a clear medium gold with a small head. Pretty good lacing.

About the only smell I could detect was citrusy hops notably orange and grapefruit.

Strong hop bitterness takes hold from the first sip with citrus hop flavors being predominate. there is some light bready grain towards the finish but hops take center stage.

Overall a middle of the road IPA. One I would have again but not necessarily seek out.

12 oz bottle into a pint glass.

Pours a hazy yellow gold with 1 1/2 fingers of poofy off-white head. 1/2 finger of retention that flares up nicely, leaving massive, sticky, hop lacing behind. The aroma is fairly average at first but does open up a bit more later. Notes of light spice and floral notes as well as some citrus and other underlying malt character.

The taste is pretty much comparable to the aroma but seems a bit more assertive. Spicy hop bitterness up front that gives off a moderate prickle at times (but seems to be generally earthy) that is well balanced by a backbone of citrus character and caramel malts. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a moderate carbonation and slightly slick feel at times.

Not bad. Decent IPA with a moderate hop bite but nothing that really made it stand out. Still quite drinkable though.

Purchased as a single from Wine and Beer Westpark in Glen Allen, VA - dfh snifter

Pours a hazy yellow gold with not much head after an aggressive pour. little bit of lacing. Smells funky and not really in a good way. not much hop on the nose at all and almost farmy. taste follows unfortunately. pretty wimpy for an American IPA.

Overall this beer was a disappointment and I probably wouldn't buy it again. Not terrible, but just not really any good.

Color is a typical but appetizing coppery amber, somewhat cloudy. Aroma is rich and strongly hoppy with a malty undertone. Flavor is rich and very hoppy but not too bitter - very satisfying. This is one sassy and jazzy IPA, not superb but definitely worth a try if you like hoppy beers.

Pours a hazy brownish orange color. Quickly vanishing head with plenty of lacing left behind. The aroma is a floral and citrus hops, with some maltiness in the background. The taste is citrus with a far amount of bitterness. The aftertaste is bitter hops and somewhat astringent. This is a decent IPA but slightly lower in hop kick than many IPA’s.
