12oz glass on-tap at The Tap brewpub. Despite it's name, this beer displays no attributes of the pilsner style so I classify it in the macro category.
Pale straw yellow and clear with lots of tiny carbonation streams and no head.
Aroma is faint, but has hints of grains and alka-seltzer.
Taste echos the aroma. Mostly grains throughout with a tight tiny fizzy quality and a chemical taste that reminds me of alka seltzer or some kind of club soda. Practically no aftertaste.
Thin and fizzy mouthfeel.
This is beer? It looks and tastes more like coloured water with an alka seltzer thrown in. Avoid.
