This was poured into a stange. The appearance was a pure pink color with a fairly thick white foamy head. As the head dissipated, a semi-slim lacing slid down the glass. The smell started off with a nice sour to tart cherry that sweetens as it warms. The flavor starts off with the same sour to tart cherry. As it starts to warm, it gets a slightly sticky sweet fruity aftertaste with a semi wet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. A crisp settling refreshingness rolls over my palate sweetly. Overall, I say this was a wonderful fruit lambic that I would love to have again.

A- Beautiful red body with some floaters in the latter pours. Creamy and fluffy pink cap good retention falls to a big belt around the edges. Thin sheets of lace stick around the glass.

S- Cherry. Mostly the cherries here with some of the lactic and funk. Wet oak vinous wood. Intense lactic with time. Lemons. Lactic cherries.

T- Cherries are once again massive but do not drown out the delicate lambic base. Cherry pits are huge, just fresh and beautiful fruit. Lactic acid barrage. A bit of musty wine and Brett. Oak wood. Whole cherries. A hint of cherry sweets.

MF- Medium high carbonation. Slick and oily acidic sourness grips the palate. Light-medium body and mostly dry.

A heaping load of good cherries, with the flesh and pits coming up big time. Heavy lactic sourness, vinous wood and a bit of musty funk round it out for an excellent lambic brew.

Look: Deep red/burgundy with two inch head. Medium carbonation.
Smell: Cherries, oak, wood, and blackberries.
Taste: Cherries, vanilla, not very tart at all. Not much oak, either. Tastes a bit like a Berliner Weiss to me.
Mouthfeel: Light and creamy. Not all that complex.
Overall: I love kreiks, and this is a good one, but I'm looking for more complexity and not nearly tart enough.

375ml cork-caged bottle poured into a teku glass.

Hazy deep purple pinkish hue with thick frothy pinkish head that stands with good retention, it gradually dissipates to an eternal foamy layer covering atop and leaves minimal trail of lace.

Yes, it is tart, yeasty, and very fruity of sour cherry through a nose and taste buds. The fruitiness part reminds me of intense cherry, also apple cider, green apple, and lemon. Funky, yeasty sour, tart, and acidic elegantly travel and coat the nasal and palate while malt is left sunken with only slight sweet touch. Hop is almost completely hidden by those cherry and yeasty characters.

Light to medium body with smooth and fizzy champagne-like mouthfeel, the feeling is crisp and refreshing with a dry finish. Very good blend of cherry making it lively and very refreshing.
