A: Pours a semi translucent light amber color with an off white soapy looking head. Retention is pretty meh as well as lacing.
S: Medium intensity. You get honey, green apple, lemon rind, hay and light barnyard funk.
T: Medium intensity. Quite a bit of honey and a lot of green apple without being super tart (but still a little bit). Lemon juice is there as well as the hay and light barnyard funk. Quite a bit of belgian spices with cinnamon and cloves. Maybe a bit too much residual sugars for what I would consider appropriate.
M: Quite a bit light but not as fluffy as expected. Kind of sticky too.'
O: Solid wild ale that isn't too expensive around here. It's a bit sweet for a Belgian sour but it's definitely solid still.

Poured from 330mL bottle into my Bell's tulip. Bottle is dated 3/2/21.
Appearance: dark orange-brown hue with a moderate haze and a thick finger of frothy ivory foam atop. There are some floaty chunks, but only because I poured a bit over-enthusiastically instead of carefully decanting.
Smell: sweet and sour, with some orchardy tripel up front and some sour funk at the end. Quite good, although perhaps almost cloyingly sweet-smelling.
Taste: same kind of sweetness in the front, sour in the back dynamic as the aroma. But an interesting balances is achieved here; the combo results in an almost candylike character. I'm quite into it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: an odd beer! I like tripel a lot so this beer is right up my alley. I'm totally down with this one.

330 mL Bottle. ABV 8%.
Appearance: copper, Just over half a finger of fuzzy off white head, medium carbonation, lots of suspended yeast, little retention, fizzy collar remains
Aroma: malty triple backbone, sweaty, soft funk, spice, slight Apple, slight honey,
Mouthfeel: medium body, medium carbonation, smooth, slightly tart, dry, very gentle booziness.
Flavour: sweet malt, heavy Apple juice, honey,
spice, soft funk, not a tremendous amount of complexity but well balanced.
Overall: I think the Lambic (30%) really complements the Tripel (70%) quite nicely.

Medium: Capped + tulip glass.

Legs: Basic with light swirl reaction.
Smell: Cider/Tart/Flowery/Caramel.
Taste: Lemon/Apricot/Peppery/Clove/Wild yeast.
Feel: Sour/Spicy/Flowery/Bready.
