Poured still from the cellared bottle. Cloudy amber, no head save a white ring. Rose is present but light in the nose where sour citrus, barnyard funk, mild oxidation and oak abound. Taste is another story, the rose dances among the sour lemon, orange and elevated grapefruit, give character to the oak backing, plays with the underlying grains, and waltzes with the barnyard, cheesecloth and hors blanket funk, feel like it drew out so much more flavor in the series. Feel has a light springiness to it with the floral botanical textures, waves of funk, sour, and light acidity create a mesmerizing body. Overall points for how it all came together so well
