Bottle of 300 ml @ home. The bottle has a yellowish label, so I thought at first that it was an alcohol free version of the Hoegaarden Citron. Anyway. Poured into a weizen glass.
Colour is lile the original's Hoegaarden, camomile like, only less hazy and actually semi-transparent. Head is creamy with a white colour, two fingers in height, very quickly becoming just half a finger. There, it stays for quite long. Activity in the glass is a average.
Aroma is quite similar to the original Goegaarden, with citrus fruits, only much stronger lemon aroma, and sort of artificial too.
Taste is mostly of lemons and a corn syrup aftertaste left behind. Not so strong as with other alcohol free beers though and at least it doesn't linger that long in your mouth.
Thin on the body as expected and light carbonation.
Overall a nice alcohol free beer, for those times you're not allowed to have a normal beer.

I drunk this beer at my parents place. Just to see what a zero alcohol beer would taste like.

A - I am surprised by the appearance of this alcohol-free beer. The white head cheers towards you together with the welcome sight of a bright yellow liquid in which many bubbles are racing up.

S - A fresh-smelling liquid that I, judging from the smell, can call no beer. It's more like soft drink, Fanta lemon to be exact.

T - Exactly like soda but lighter in flavor and body. A hint of coriander and lemon. Where is the bitterness gone?

M - Same as for soda carbonation. Little or no hop in sight. In short; this is not beer.

O - This is not beer but soda. Maybe nice for summer holidays, somewhere on the terrace, for your children. This beer is really not worth buying.

I got this can for free at the Gentse Feesten. Just introduced heavily promoted. Hopefully better than Jupiler Force.

A: Looks like it should, hazy blond colour, nice thick head.

S: Basically the smell of lemon candy, and nothing else.

T: see smell

M: quite thin, but somehow there is still some creaminess

O: This is not beer, it's a bad lemonade. If you would serve it to me and say it's lemonade i wouldn't guess there is beer involved. Still better than jupiler force though
