On tap at the brewery. Tart because of the rhubarb/strawberry. Not the most brilliant brewery, but enjoyable beachy vibe.

16 oz can was poured into a snifter.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a hazy orange color with no vision of anything. Spotty lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Strawberry, vanilla, green apple, biscuity, and pale malts.
Taste: Light strawberry sweetness, toasted, pale, biscuity, vanilla, green apple, and possibly rhubarb bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, crisp, refreshing, fruity, a little dry, slightly chewy, and medium to high carbonation.
Overall: A nice saison with complimentary strawberry and rhubarb flavor. Perfect for the summer.

From the 16 oz. can. Sampled on September 25, 2015.
Light amber colored pour with a modest, short-lasting head and a slight cloudy appearance.
I get those Belgian toasted malt characters minus the spice along with a more vibrant fruity note and especially strawberries.
Medium body.
Big fruitiness to talk about in the taste too. Some of the characteristics are there but it was missing something.

On tap at the brewery.
Think this was a new recipe. It was only 4.5% ABV and brewed with a ton of Strawberries and Rhubarb.
Pours spritely, but cloudy for the style. Smells tart and fruity with mild spice complexities. Tastes very sweet, mildly tart, yet still a discernible saison. Starts out like sweet strawberry rhubarb pie, getting more yeasty near the middle, ending on dry nodes of white pepper and coriander. Wonderfully complex, but never as tart or funky as what some might expect out of a contemporary sour saison.
