Solid golden lager, pours a smooth, persisting light head. Light hoppy/malty smell.
Medium flavor, decent maltiness with light hops. Overall the flavor comes through a bit stronger than most Ozzie lagers.
Beer is also a bit smoother, though stronger than the standard Toohey's extra dry. If in the mood for a heavier (but decent) lager this will do you better than the usual alternatives.

Pours gold with a small head. Very faint aroma with some faint vegetal notes and sweet light malt. Similar flavours. Bready malt, light vegetal notes. Extremely bland and inoffensive. Very watery body. Boring but not actually bad.

Bottle: clear 345mL bottle, shitty macro label.
Appearance: pours out strong golden yellow with a small, filmic head. Not enticing.
Aroma: faint aroma of grains with an overpoweringly pungent off-vegetable. Eugh.
Taste: unfortunately follows very closely from the nose. The pungent off vegetable note is if anything more potent. Not a pleasant-tasting beer at all.
Aftertaste: unlike most lagers, the flavours linger with this one - which is not a good thing.
Mouth feel: medium bodied, almost chewy at times. The carbonation is about right for the style they are going for too. Just a pity the flavour is such a miss.
Overall: a very disappointing beer. I wasn't expecting that much - just a standard macro that was a bit better than normal Extra Dry. What I got was a TED with extra filthy poured into it.

Pours gold with a small white head.
Very faint aroma with some faint vegetal notes and sweet light malt.
Similar flavours. Bready malt, light vegetal notes. Extremely bland and inoffensive.
Very watery body.
Boring but not actually bad.
Now only marginally stronger than normal TEDs at 5.2%... wtf????

Appearance - 3.0
Poured a thumb's thickness of foamy white head over a clear, pale gold body, reduced to a thin patchy layer.
Smell - 1.5
Boozy and sulphury with a little grain and corn. Not promising.
Taste - 2.0
As is common to strong pale lagers, the alcohol is very noticeable. Pale malt sweetness is there, but any subtle flavour is overpowered by the peppery alcohol, with a little corn in the background.
Mouthfeel - 2.5
Thin, spritzy carbonation, a little undesirable alcohol heat.
Drinkability - 1.5
Too strong to be quenching, too bland for a sipping beer and overall quite unpleasant.
OVERALL - 2.1
The bold 6.5% boast in red lettering on the label should be seen as a warning. This is a beer aimed at those who want to get smashed for as little money (and as little taste) as possible.
