12 oz. Bottle
Bottled On: Jul 2015

Pours a slightly cloudy dark golden/reddish color, pretty nice carbonation, with a nice small thick/creamy off-white head, which leaves some sticky lacing behing. The nose is slightly hoppy, with some malt notes, nice little citrus going on. The taste is hoppy, kinda malty, kinda citrusy. Medium body, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, a tasty brew.

A; hearty but pale orange red. S: hoppy with some fruity notes. T: sweet while being hoppy not bad. M: bit weak and watery. O: not a bad beer for the moderate hop head.

January 16, 2015

12 oz bottle, mug

A – Medium to deep amber, mostly clear. White bubbly foam of about an inch, moderate retention.

S – Browned, toasty bready malt. Light caramel sweetness. Some spicy hop aroma, also lightly floral.

T – Caramel malts and toasted bread. Spicy and floral hops providing a firm backbone. Moderate bitterness from hops.

M – Fairly sudsy, moderate to high carbonation. Malts are flavorful without being too sweet. Bitterness and spice are moderate and provide great balance.

O – My first Bristol brew! A very nice red ale, very good balanced flavor, an easy drinker with just a bit of a bite.
