Definitely sunshine in a glass. Beehive is a joy to drink, with its beautiful honey-gold color and refreshing, full-flavored body. For our version of the classic American Wheat, we use less two-row and more Munich malt for depth, and soften the edges with the lightness of wheat. Local Black Forest honey adds character without sweetness

A murky light orange/golden color. Head was full, but not very dense. Clean residue on the side of glass.
Straw, honey, citrus and rye aromas. Seems to be a bit sweet and grainy, but mostly like a wheat beer with a touch of honey.
The honey doesn't blend well with the wheat or anything else in the brew. Sweet, not sticky, seems a bit stale. Old socks come to mind, old malt.
Finished the pint I was served, but didn't order another. Not refreshing or delicious to me.

Minimally foggy straw gold with a fairly short but dense white head.
Pale wheat with a mild toasted quality meets a faint honey sweetness and a floral accent.
This is pretty clean with a soft crispness and semi-dry finish.

Classic golden body with white foam and lazy lacing. Wheat, honey, and macro lager yeasts and malts in the nose. Taste is better than nose let on, honey doesn't linger long but neither does the macro, lots of wheat and malt. Feels is thin, dry, bright and wheaty.

Look: Hazy light honey color. Very little head with small bubbles sticking around after it dissipates.
Smell: Slightly boozy, honey and grain notes.
Taste: Honey up front, strong grain flavors which compliment the honey
Feel: Good carbonation. Smooth on the palate
Overall: Drinkable, but not something I would seek out on a regular basis.

L: Lightly hazy yellow color with hints of orange where the lights hit it. No head, but I think that is from how the bar poured it, they left no room for head.
S: Sweet honey, maybe a little cucumber and slight hop note, but overall not a very strong aroma.
T: Sweet honey and a little cereal grain. There isn't much flavor, honey is about it. Quite sweet.
F: Light feel and smooth carbonation
O: Drinkable but not too much going on here definitely better wheat beers out there.

12 oz. Bottle
Pours a nice yellowish color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger off-white head, which leaves some nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, wheat/grass. The taste is malty, yeasty, wheat/grass. Medium body. Overall, a nice tasty brew.
