Golden brown colour with quickly dissipating head, aroma of corn, grainy, taste of nothing much a little grain and a slight to negligible hop bitterness. Palate is left a slightly sweet and dry cleared with a high carbonated watery feel. Best to be bought on tap at a festival in the summer. I'd never pick this up in a shop but there's nothing offensive about it.

Massively advertised on TV here in the UK, this lager is aimed at the masses who lets face it will drink anything. Its on tap in most pubs and on the shelves of every supermarket.
Its a very poor weak tasting beer that is too fizzy and has no aroma. I go out of my way to avoid this beer.

Appearance: Blonde, light and sparkly with visible fizzing bubbles rapidly rising to the top with a thick white head which lasts until half of the beer has been drunk.
Aroma: yeasty, citrusy but barely noticeable.
Taste: Typical commercial lager, not very interesting. Slightly grassy and citrusy with a very faint hint of hops.
Overall: Refreshing beer to drink on a hot summer day, typical lager.

Review according to BJCP2008 guidelines (style 1B). Bottle 25cl - Batch L2607242. AROMA: slight grainy aroma with medium-low hop notes. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color with a thin white head with average retention. TASTE: no hop flavour with low to none bitterness. balance towards grainy malt flavour. no diacetyl or esters. PALATE: light body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: another average bulk and thirst quenching pale lager.
