Beer pours crystal clear blond with a nice fluffy head. Looks crisp and clean. Highly effervescent.

Heavy on the sweet malt, the nose is still very round. I smell pine, flowers and some citrus on the bottom. This isn't too pungent, but the smell fills the room.

I love how this beer hits every part of your palate. It's bitter, but in a single IPA kind of way. It's fun to sip, fun to gulp, fun to let sit on your tongue. Blind pig is pleasant through and through. Notes of pine, grass, and sweet pineapple.

Medium bodied; rich mouthfeel; creamy, but crisp.

Overall, this is up there as one of my favorite, no frills, single ipas. Awesome flavor which is big, but manageable. The expectations were straightforward, and blind pig delivered.

A - Pours a crystal clear amber with a sudsy head that quickly diminishes. The lacing has some dynamic legs that succumb to gravity and work their way downward to the surface.
S - Floral bouquet of piny hops permeate the majority of the nose on this one, igniting a fervor to quickly get to the sipping exercises.
T - Taste is phenomenal. Amber malts quickly transform into citrusy, spicy hops with some piny notes intermingled. Well-balanced bitterness with a perfectly simple malt bill that accentuates the hops.
M - Very clean and quaffable with an initial spiciness that rounds out to a nice wet finish. Medium body all around with an especially sessionable quality to the texture.
O - Awesome, awesome IPA. One of the most well-rounded, well-balanced, clean IPA's I have had the pleasure to try. Crisp and clean and refreshing! Vinnie knows his craft well.
