Visited with my wife at lunch time December 22. Sat in the bar area at one of the high tables. I love all the somewhat sarcastic beer memorabilia hanging on the walls - arguably the best brewery in the world and they have beer signs for common swill beers like Hamms and Jax everwhere you look.

Started off with a flight of Belgiums all of which were outstanding. My wife is a life long beer hater and she was amazed by the quality as well. As we rated our choices the waiter was giving her a bad time for giving out "B's", but that's high praise from someone who rarely gives any beer better than a "D". Had a very nice plate of meats, cheeses, olives, etc and later on some rather slow arriving pliny bites. Waiter apologized for the wait and actually comped me a pint of Pliny the Elder! People watching is great with a steady stream of locals arriving to get their growlers filled.

Overall a very enjoyable afternoon and relatively inexpensive. The Belgian flight (think it was 10 two oz samples), four pints on tap, a souvenir glass, the meat & cheese tray, the pliny bites, and three bottles of Pliny to go was only $62!

Great brewery, awesome beer. I would come back and will come back many times. Only complaint is the price. Buy a 6 pack for 33 bucks? Come on

From the infamous Pliny and Blind pig, you’d think their tap room/brewery would be majestic like...while their beer selection consist of everything imaginable, the inner beings were that of a standard bar/restaurant combo. The inside is decorated well, but service was slow, and we only ordered a beer. I will always stop by if in the neighborhood to grab me some blind pig...but I guess I’ll have to wait for the updated tap room coming.

Top notch craft brew house. Monster selection of beers with the world famous Pliny the Elder on tap for $5! Super packed but all the employees are cool as hell. Only thing was I didn't really dig the food! Probably a personal thing though since I usually don't eat when I drink anyway. A must visit for beer lovers!

The vibe that I felt might be skewed: my friends and I visited during Pliny the Younger release. We got there around 8 and waited for the place to open. We were lucky and were part of the first hundred to be let in. The wait was easily manageable.

Once inside, it was like beer Mecca. tons of beer pilgrims were wide-eyed with glee. I tried to not let the hype overwhelm me, but I was very excited. I ordered my first PtY and a 25 taste flight. This is one of the best offerings in the business. You get to taste everything.

My friends and I had a blast and picked up some takeaway bottles. The food was subpar, but we didn't come for food anyhow. I strongly recommend the trip if you are thinking about It.
