Poured from a bottle into a pint glass, the beer is a dark ruby-brown coloring with a frothy, light, off-white head that starts around three inches and recedes into a one inch. Leaves a great lacing along the glass as it settles. Slightly sour and almost over sweet aromas of malt and hazelnut, with some cardboard characteristics. The beer has a light feel in mouth, remaining crisp despite the overly sweet flavors. Taste is toffee sweet, with some caramel highlights, as well. Aftertaste has a slight Nutella taste to it, and the finish is supersweet and light. This is a decent beer, but the oversweet characteristics make it a limited sipper for me personally.

Look: Brown with a Brownish Red undertone, and this beer had a nice White 1/2 to 1 finger head, depending on how aggressive the pour, and A-town Brown had great lacing throughout the drink. Smell: This beer had a nutty aroma, with nice nice smells of roasted malts and caramel. Taste: A-Town Brown had flavors that, for the most part, mirrored its smell with flavors caramel, hints of chocolate, and a nutty flavor attached. Feel: Really smooth with very tamed carbonation. Overall, a pretty good beer.

Too light for a brown ale, terrible nose, sipped fine and decent mouthfeel just not worth seeking

A: hazy brown body with a decent off-white head that had moderate retention but left some sticky patterned lacing on the glass.
Feel: Soft, near medium carbonation. Medium body.
Aroma: Herbal, floral and mildly hoppy with a biscuit base.
Taste: Average hops for (American) style. Hints of dark fruits. Bitter and sweet in almost equal balance. Well crafted but lacks complexity.
O: on style and modestly above average.
