12oz bottle, fresh release.

Pours amber with noticeable sediment, a large off white head that leaves nice clumpy rings of lacing and holds a foamy cap.

Aroma is some orange/tangerine citrus, a bit of pineapple and tropical fruits, resinous hops, fair caramel malt presence. Good, but not great strength.

Flavor is nice hoppy citrus, pineapple, some tropical fruits, moving to a good caramel malt backbone that provides some sweetness which is followed by good resinous bitterness and a bit of alcohol.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied, creamy, medium carbonation.

An excellent DIPA and arguably the best beer Red Brick has put out (their Porter is also very good).

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a nonic.

This brew pours a hazy orange-amber color with two fingers of head. Lots of sediment in this one. Retention and lacing are good. The aroma is a straight-up, clear your sinuses, hop bonanza. Citrus hop candy and pine. Awesome. The taste is a little hot, but is otherwise is smooth citrus and piney hops, with a bit of a herbal aspect. The malt aspects are very well-done, they stick to the back letting the hops shine through while providing a nice backbone. A great tasting DIPA.

The mouthfeel is nice, this is well-carbonated and actually very smooth for a double IPA. The drinkability is dangerous. This one goes down easily. Overall, this absolutely blows away anything I've had from Red Brick. This is a just a great double IPA that can stand up to anything on the market and hold it's own. Highly recommended.

Pours an almost-clear orange/amber color with brilliant white lacing. There's just the ever slightest bit of haze that keeps this from being perfection.

Fantastic nose. Huge fresh hops, citrus. The mouthfeel doesn't disappoint either. Bitter fresh hops, citrus, pine, resin. Very clean aftertaste - dry.

Mouthfeel is good as well. Appropriate carbonation.

Excellence! Cheers to Red Brick -- I believe you fellas have eclipsed all your fellow Georgia brewers in the IPA/DIPA department.

12oz bottle fresh off the press.

Pours a vibrant golden orange with a massive fluffy off-white head that shows excellent retention and lacing. Good looking beer.

Aroma is big, bright and citrusy with oranges and pineapples, grapefruit to a lesser degree. Little bit of pine resin and grass. Damn, really great nose.

The taste is almost as good as the nose with the citrus hops not quite as aggressive though there is some pineapple up front. The hops actually take on an almost herbal character, much more so than in the aroma. Finish is pleasantly bitter.

The mouthfeel is medium bodied and prickly with hops. Might be a tad hot for a 9% ABV beer but that's a nitpick.

Well, this has got to be the best beer from ABC in quite a while, if not ever. Really impressive.

A: nice appealing translucent golden honey color. Pours a decent 2 finger head that disappears to a thin layer that's leaves a film of lacing.

S: very nice blast of hop fruit and pine. The aroma attacks my nose before it gets to the glass. Nice! Doesn't smell very sweet at all just a clean fresh hop

T: very exceptional. Very well balanced. I like how the malt doesn't get in the way of the hops so it can show its bitterness but still have enough enough body to keep your palate in the game. Just like the smell a nice punch of citrus peel bitterness.

M: nice dry mouthfeel. Carbonation is really nice just to add to the pop of the hops

O: I really don't have a big fault with this beer. Its not amazing but its surprisingly quite enjoyable. This is the first non anniversary beer from red brick that I would actually order at a bar. Well worth buying and trying. I hope red brick keeps its coming
