Pours a amber tinged golden color in the Affligem chalice. The head is quite nice with plenty of carbonation in the mouthfeel. Light body and 6.5% ABV according to the label. The aroma is full of flowery hops and fruity resins.

Flavor is a light crackery malt to showcase the hops. Is this Mosaic? It's insanely fruity, rather tart, and tastes like mango, pineapple, with a club soda chaser. They rate this at 60 IBUs, though it not severely hoppy. More than a little bit hot in the aftertaste. This is all soprano notes but it's an interesting tangy style of IPA.

Great aromatics with a user-friendly level of bitterness makes this a tasty quaff. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Bottles N' Bins Liquor in Monterey.

Decent stuff, high clarity amber to orange color, no head or lacing. Nice sweet aroma, i'm now thinkin Britishesque.

Same impression in the taste, mouthfeel gets a little stickier, but this is just a run of the mill ipa, which is a t least the style that gets the job done. I dunno, cascade, sterling, Kent goldings maybe. American then British at times.

Easy enough to drink. We'll see if I revise drinkability when I get he check.

Color comes in a nice mix of orange and dark yellow resulting in amber I guess, but the lack of a head formation was interesting. Aroma was of caramel sweetness, hopping not evident.

The taste is woefully similar, an ipa lacking hop flavor and bitterness. Seemed like they went with a hybrid American and English Ipa. Some c and noble hops. Toffee and caramel malt.

On-tap at the brewery/restaurant. Pint glass.

A: Served a burnt dark amber with a thick long lasting film that left great lacing.
S: Weak notes of bready malt and a bit of leafy hops.
T: Pretty malty but there’s a good dose of grassy hops. The finish is lightly bitter.
M: Bubbly carbonation, medium body, clean, with a slightly chewy mouthfeel.
O: Too much malt. Maybe an old keg? Not the best ipa.
