Picked up a bomber at From the Vine in Columbus, OH - poured into a pint glass. Hazy, amber color with moderate lacing and a three finger head.
Pleasing smell that gives off a biscuity, malt foundation that follows with a swwet smell of hops. Has somewhat of a sour smell as well; not an overpowering smell by any means
The beer goes down with a bold, piney maltiness which sits on the palette then is rounded out with a nice slam of hops providing a sour aftertaste that lingers for quite some time. Mouthfeel is oily with a relaxing resin and a nice mellow warmth of alcohol.
Overall this Double IPA has outstanding balance and intriguing flavor. Every hop head should try this one and would definitely pick it up again. Definitely not a session beer -- for this 22oz'er will be a nice start to a night filled with Harpoon.

650 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8.5%. Hazy deep golden to brown colour, moderate to low coarse head. Intense aroma of American hops, orange marmalade, pine and crystal malts. The flavour is intensely hoppy from start to finish, fruity, resinous and very bitter. Fairly sweet malts in the background. Long bitter aftertaste. Your tastebuds will never be the same again - at least not in an hour ...

Bottle from Brewers Haven. Orange/ golden body with small soapy head. Appealing aroma leaning more on the hops, but also featuring a robust malt bill. Taste comes into full bloom with the hops, not overdone, but with a nice resinous flavor that lasts from start to finish. Balanced and delicious, slick, taste lingers.

Hits the dark orange stride, good 1/2" white head on top. Aroma hit pine and citrus.
Heavier malt bill than the great ones have. Moylans always seems to roll that way. Lots of caramel and toffee. Sticky, warming alcohol presence.
Bomber format is expensive, would not repeat, even though a good, not great beer. Moylans is good when you want to feel like its the 90s again.
