Can dated 6/2015
A - Pours a very hazy medium copper color with a thin but thick white, frothy head. As the beer warms the haze subsides and leaves a nice clear copper color.
S - Some crackery caramel malt with a lot of spicy earthiness. The beer is being served pretty cold right now so some of the aromas are muted.
T - The first thing that hits you is the alcohol which permeates through the sinuses on the first few sips and as the beer warms the ABV is less obtrusive but still present. There's an almost perfect balance between the malt and the spicy hoppiness where a crisp caramel malt base sticks from start to finish, over the top comes crashing some citrus rind spiciness and earthy aggressive hoppiness with a long lingering bitter bite.
M - Thick medium to light heavy body which is perfect for this beer, coats the mouth with a spicy malt presence.
O - This can has three months on it so I could only imagine what it would be like when fresh, right now it's still showing signs of hoppy aggressiveness but yet nicely balanced. And also - Kudos to this very small brewery by date stamping the cans, I wish more breweries turning out IPA's would follow suit, at least I knew what to expect and I wasn't disappointed.

Outstanding. One of my top ten. Told the manager at Ganlys to always keep this on hand. Wish I had a second but at 10% ABV, I only had one since I was driving.

Poured from 12 oz can dated 1/21/2016 into snifter.
Can says Imperial India Pale Ale versus Industrial, but based on other comments, I think this is the right entry for the review.
A: Somewhat cloudy golden orange with 1 finger white head that settled to a thin ring around the edge after a minute or two and leaving some moderate lacing.
S; Bready malts and candied oranges mixed with a punch of piney hops.
T: Sweet tangerines, mango, and biscuit malts balanced with piney bitterness. ABV is apparent but seems bring something to the table.
M: Medium to full body with fairly light carbonation. Finish features some hop bitterness and alcohol heat.
O: Very unique DIPA. My first brew from Kelso, and hopefully I will get the opportunity to try more from these guys!
