A yellow, murky beer with a thin head. Some visible carbonation.

Smell is grainy and fresh, with citric notes. A light coriander and pretty strong on the orange peel. A great witbier phenolic yeast character.

Taste is grainy and malty with a fresh citric kick, that tastes most like lemon and citric acid. Fresh, but not lactic. This adds a really nice summer beer character. The spices are subtle but present. It's body is above average for a witbier, although it is not a big body.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.0%. Hazy straw colour, large white head. Moderate aroma of wheat, dust, curacao orange peel and coriander seeds. Slightly sweet and citric flavour with the same elements, low bitterness.

Pretty average run-of-the-mill witbier in my opinion. It is not bad, but there are so many better options available in this category. Mostly outside Belgium for some reason. It is just too bland.

It pours a cloudy straw color, with a one finger head and banana and spice (clove and citrus) aromas. The spices are subtle here and there is a little wheat malt taste as well. Its medium light with above average carbonation. Some people might find the subtlety of spice and malt refreshing and drinkable while others might find it a little boring.

From the big bottle in a snifter, this wit pours a light hazy yellow with a quickly dissipating white head and no lacing. Nose of light Belgian yeast, some lemon and orange zest, and saltine crackers. Flavors are light with some light coriander flavors mingle with lemon zest and light wheat flavors with an herbal aftertaste. Very light and dry finish with a nice carbonated mouth feel. Improves vastly with warmth.

Not my favorite from this fine brewery, but still good for the style.
