Bottle at Frankfurt Airport. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left thin rings of lace on the glass. It smelled of grains, hay, caramel and some floral notes. Sweet caramel and bread crust taste with a mild bitterness.

I tried a 0.33L stein of this beer off the tapper at bar near the Brandenburg gate in Berlin. It poured a clear golden with white head that eventually dissipated and did not leave much lace. The scent had grain and malt notes. The taste was nicely balanced an easy to drink with grain presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

A: Golden, clear, small head which disappeared fairly quickly, didn't leave much lacing.
