Purchased at Albert Hypermarkt in Pilsen in September 2023 and then drunk at the Reisemboil Stellpatz in Salzburg a week or so later.

L: Dark golden yellow with a thin white head. Lots of carbonation rises up the glass.

S: Yeasty and rich, with creamy, bready malt.

T: Malt forward and sweet; earthy, moderate bitterness. Slightly metallic at the end, and given it's come from a can and is well in date, it shouldn't taste this old.

M: Mild and full, but perhaps slightly under-carbonated.

O: I couldn't shake the impression that the beer was old; the metallic end, the sight undercarbonation, and the earthy hops all contributed to that impression, and I just didn't enjoy the beer like I'd hoped I would.

A really strange lezák from Czech! Not at all Saaz-y! Instead more hop fruity! Much different from the usual Czech lezáks... But at th same time very easy to drink, along with the slight bitterness at the back end. A good and pleasant drink with a medium body.

Colour: light gold, clear. Head white, good-sized, fine-bubble. Aroma: Malt, a little honey and a little sour. The taste is similar, malty, with hints of bread, at the finish metallic taste. Gentian low, grassy. Saturation high. Imperceptible alcohol
