L: Pours a clear deep golden color with a medium high top of frosty white head that disolves rather quick. Sticky lacings on the sidesof the glass.

A: yeast,spices,honey, green apples,peaches and apricot.

T: Pleasant and complex taste. Starts of with a flavour of fruits with some malts inn the background, then inn the middle the spiciness takes over and then it finishes off with a bitterness off floral hops. A little weak inn the aftertaste.

M: Medium carbonated with a medium body. Mouthfel is creamy with prickly feel on the tongue.

O: All inn all is nothing outstanding with this triple, but it is good and enjoyable. A standard belgian triple.

Belgian triple of an ocher somewhat transparent color and a whitey foam. A bit turbid and with visible efervescence.
Big maltiness on the nose, some belgian yeast and honey tones.
Taste is similar, just a bit fruity and with a nice bitterness. Alcohol is not evident, but as an 8%.. yeah you can feel it.
Body is ok, carbonation a bit higher than average.

Poured into snifter.
Clear golden/amber beer with modest off-white head, dissipating quickly to remnants on the surface. Smell is straight and typical as hell, malty, fruity, yeasty, predictable. So is a taste, imprisoned in classic organoleptic limits

Poured from a bottle into a Gulden Draak tulip. Pours a medium burnished gold amber with a two finger white head with good retention and lots of lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, light apple family and stone fruit, clove; spicy and mildly floral, classic tripel. Flavor is sweet bready malt, Belgian yeast, light stone and apple fruit, mild clove. Finishes subdued with light, sweet fruit and malt, muted clove and spices. Medium bodied with good carbonation. The aroma was classic tripel, nicely spicy, but the flavor is sweeter and the spicing is surprisingly mild. Although clearly a tripel, leans in the direction of a spicy dubbel. I enjoyed this, but it is slightly off style.
