Poured from a 750 mL brown bottle. Bottled on 4.23.14. The body was lightly cloudy and golden. The white head left thick lacing in the glass.
The smell was lightly fruity. Limes and oranges. Herbal and hints of cattiness. Very interesting.
The taste was citrus and herbal. Nice drying bitterness and much better than expected for an IPA that is over 5 months old. Well done.
The body was smooth but thinner than expected.

Appearance: Arrives with a hazy amber color and a modest head that leaves a few dots and dashes
Smell: Bread and citrus
Taste: A touch of bread makes the backbone but this is primarily delivering citrusy hop flavors; the grapefruit is sharp though there are some melon and tropical fruit notes, too; crisp finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Congratulations to Yazoo for their 10th anniversary; this beer is a nice way to celebrate

Moderate golden color with a fairly hazy complexion. A fingernail thin eggshell white head just covers the top. Light Brussels lacing. Delightful aroma of Mosaic hops with a bit of citrus hops blended in. The taste is dominated a bit more by the Mosaic hops than the citrus. Pineapple and orange are dueling it out. Somehow those two flavors aren't melding well like they do in the aroma. Too acidic, perhaps? The mouth is moderately carbonated and slightly chalky.
