Served on tap at Nashville International Airport, in a plastic pint cup.

Brightly burnt orange and translucent, with a decently crisp white head, a finger deep, which fades to a thin layer after a few minutes. Lacing is present, but not as impressive in plastic. Looks great.

Bright floral, citrus and hop aromas up front, fade a bit to reveal less vibrant but I suppose more balanced smell with malts and spices coming through. Wish it could maintain that initial floral, etc., blast. Overall decent smell.

Taste is similar to nose but does not fade. It maintains it's robust flavors, while also incorporating strong malt and spice notes. Tasty beer.

Mouthfeel is classic IPA. Bold, sweet and refreshing. Real nice on the palate.

Overall super decent IPA, best Yazoo beer I've had. Give it a try. Cheers.

Took me forever to find the number of this "Hop Project": it was a number on the side of the bottle.

Appearance 3.75: Poured out a clear, honey-golden color. Decent head (1/2") and OK lacing.

Smell 4.0: Nice bouquet. Alkaline hoppiness with a tart, honey sweetness.

Taste 4.0: Front is nice and dry with a pleasant hop bite. Middle is dry with a big hit of what tastes like Chinook hops, maybe with some Columbus. Slightly floral. Finish is a wonderfully smooth and dry fade out with a pleasant sourness. Aftertaste is a wispy hop memory: very resiny and piney and delightful.

Mouthfeel 4.0: Great, balanced conditioning that really brings out the flavors of this beer.

Overall 4.0: Very nice IPA, definitely worth a try. Dry, balanced and a great example of the Chinook hop. Recommended ...if you can find it.

A: Pours a copperish color with a nice two finger foamy white head that fades to a pretty lace on the sides of my IPA glass.

S: Not a ton going on - some piney notes, a touch of citrus, but nothing amazing.

T: Some pine, a biscuity note up front, and some grapefruit and orange. The taste definitely grows on me as I drink the glass and the hops come through more noticeably.

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and solid bitterness.

O: A pretty good but not great IPA. I would like a fuller aroma but the taste is solid and I would definitely drink it again.

On tap at Nashville airport. Served in a plastic 20 oz cup.

Looks nice. A dark orange color almost copper. Nice thick almost white head about a finger high. Decent lacing considering the plastic cup.

Smell is lacking a little but still smells attractive. I notice bitter orange hops and a little pine. I would like a little more brightness.

Taste makes up for the smell though. Good deep hop flavors with a little malt to back it up. More pine than the smell hinted but in a good way. Almost a slight toasty malt in there, but it's definitely a hop foward beer.

Mouthfeel is just right for a ipa. Slighty sticky , good but not great carbonation.

Overall pretty good beer. Especially for an airport. Definitely fulfilled my hop craving after a week long business trip. Would by again but not on the top of my list. Recommend to whoever passes through here for sure.
