Dos PerrosDos Perros

Brewed by:
Yazoo Brewing Company
Tennessee, United States

Style: American Brown Ale

Alcohol by volume (ABV): 3.50%

Availability: Year-round

Notes / Commercial Description:
Many Mexican beer styles today are descendants of old Austrian styles, from when Austria ruled Mexico in the late 19th century. Our Dos Perros is made with German Munich malt, English Pale malt, and Chocolate malt, and hopped with Perle and Saaz hops. To lighten the body, as many Mexican brewers do, we add a small portion of flaked maize. The result is a wonderfully bready malt aroma, balanced with some maize sweetness and a noble hop finish.

A- Pours an amber reddish brown with 1 finger tan head/ Retentioni s just average. This beer is very bubbly looking

S - Very light aroma. Manily malts with a light coffee and/or toffee aroma

T - Much like the aroma but a little more present. Very sweet and malty. There is a good presence of caramel followed by a coffee finish. Very tasty

M - Its a lighter beer. Very creamt in them outh. The bubbles tend to cling to your tongue as well. Quite smooth

O - Man this is a great sessionable beer. Lots of flavor but easy to drink. No burn and pairs well with most foods. Would keep this around all thetime if it were available.
